Easter is another holiday that is usually centered around a big meal and lots of treats. Make this one a good holiday by starting off your morning with a walk or Easter Egg Hunt with your family and friends. Enjoy the time with whoever you celebrate with and don't deprive yourself! You
can celebrate without over-eating. And remember, if you do feel like you over-ate, forgive yourself and make a better choice next time.

Green veggies or salads (not covered in butter or dressing)
Fresh fruit salads
1 serving of bread or potatoes
An Easter Egg
